There are many things that can “Help” you stop smoking. But the one deciding factor is yourself, and how much you want to stop. You won’t find anything that will stop it for you, you will have to go through it by yourself.

all you need is a LOT of Needles to close the mouth…. dont remove foreeeever…. then it will stop u from smoking….!
There was a clinical study that showed that a trained professional can garner the exact same results as a pattern randomly generated on a computer.
It can help relieve you of an urge to have a cigarette, but it doesn’t stop it completely. But yes, it really can help. You will of course still need a lot of willpower to completely stop altogether though.
