NIAGARA FALLS– Jamie N. Marcolini, past president of the New York Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, co-coordinates the city’s Drug Court and Mental Health Court with Chief City Judge Mark A. Violante. He also assists in the Domestic Violence Court.
