Is there a treatment for back pain caused by epidural?

I had epidural 11 weeks ago when I had my daughter. The injection site was sore for several days, but it went away. Few weeks later I started experiencing sharp pains at the injection site, almost like having it done again. Instead of getting better, it has only gotten worse. I feel that pain even if I lean forward only slightly, and it’s very bad when I bend over.
I was wondering, if there is anything that can be done about it. I heard a chiropractor might be helpful, but my insurance does not cover them. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I had the same problem after I gave birth to my son. I had to literally push myself up holding my back if I bent over. I was as if I had a 90 year old woman trapped inside my body. It was almost unbearable. I’m not sure if anything can be done becasue it’s due to the injection and not an actual back disorder.
