Where is the research on Prolotherapy?

Dr. Ross Hauser of Caring Medical & Rehabilitation Services in Oak Park, Illinois talks about Prolotherapy and why there can never be a true double blind study. Prolotherapy is an injection technique that stimulates the body to repair the painful area. It is most often used for chronic pain treatment, including arthritis treatment, sports injury treatment, ACL tear, meniscus tear, labral tear treatment, herniated or bulging disc treatment, back pain treatment, shoulder pain treatment, hip pain treatment, cartilage regeneration and repair. You lost me. What are you talking about?

It is also impossible to do a double blind study unless you have have 2 identical injuries in 2 virtually identical people .. prolotherapy is proved to work by ultrasound and mechanical tests on the joints treated .. worked on me perfectly !!

The Mayo Clinic has been using prolotherapy for the past few years.
